Quality Transport was founded in 1995 by Jesse & Betty Burgess. They saw a need in the community and answered that call with the company you see today. Our continual goal has been to provide superior customer service and the very best in non-emergency medical transportation.  Our employees treat our clients with respect, and are caring individuals who genuinely enjoy making a difference every day. Millions of Americans face barriers to proper healthcare each year. We combat this growing issue by providing superior service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

After arriving at the destination our drivers will help with check in and coordinate pick up with facility  to avoid long waits or delays.  Drivers project professionalism, care, and an understanding with the ability to solve all your logistical needs.  Combined our drivers have over 80 of years of experience in this industry, we ensure our drivers are the best by running detailed background checks, safety checks are CPR and First Aid certified along with safe patient handling training.  

Our specially ordered vehicles were created with you in mind. Currently our fleet consists of the new Ford Transit & late Ford E-Series. Our vehicles run through inspections at the start of the day and are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized as needed every trip. We understand the needs of our members and our vehicles meet them to the best of our ability.  

Time is precious, thats why we use the latest software that allows us to track where our vehicles are at all times to ensure no appointment is missed.  We also provide our customers with the benefit of electronic  invoicing and billing.
