Quality Transport was founded in 1993 by Jesse & Betty Burgess. They saw a need in the community and answered that call with the company you see today. Now owned and operated by Brooke Eidson and Wil Taylor, our continual goal has been to provide superior customer service and the best non-emergency medical transportation.  Our employees treat our clients respectfully and are caring individuals who genuinely enjoy making a difference daily. Millions of Americans face barriers to proper healthcare each year. We combat this growing issue by providing superior service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.    

Please put your mind at ease knowing our drivers will ensure you or your loved ones safe travel from door to door. After arriving at the destination, our drivers will help with check-in and coordinate pick-up with the facility to avoid long waits or delays.  Drivers project professionalism, care, and an understanding with the ability to solve all your logistical needs.  Our drivers have over 80 years of experience in this industry; we ensure our drivers are the best by running detailed background checks, safety checks, and CPR and First Aid certified. Lastly, our drivers are certified transportation specialists through NEMTAC. 

Our specially ordered vehicles were created with you in mind. Our fleet includes the new Ford Transit & Ram Promaster and the late Ford E-Series. Our vehicles run through inspections at the start of the day and are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized as needed on every trip. In addition, we have live GPS tracking along with front-facing & driver-facing cameras installed on all of our vehicles. We understand the needs of our members, and our vehicles meet them to the best of our ability.  

Time is precious; we use the latest software to track where our vehicles are to ensure no appointment is missed.  We also provide our customers with the benefit of electronic invoicing and direct access to our trip request portal.
